Mapletree Industrial is a business unit of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd (“Mapletree”). We are responsible for Mapletree’s’s industrial real estate activities, ranging from providing capital management services to the investment, development and management of the Group’s industrial assets.
Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Mapletree Industrial Fund Management Pte Ltd (“MIFM”) is the entity that manages our industrial business. The MIFM management team comprises professionals with extensive regional experience in real estate development, investment and management, fund and asset management, and finance.
